We Put Some Scope on It and Get a Mission

Our Working Group (WG) is meeting every Friday for two hours. Today was really our second meeting, not including the On-Boarding meeting. The focus of the meeting was to take a first review of the project charter and to set up a training schedule.

The On-Boarding Meeting

The first meeting of the Improvement Team took place of Friday, October 09. This was an On-Boarding meeting designed to bring Improvement Team members together for the first time and to share with them, as a group, what the project was all about and what the plans are.

Starting Up: Residents Council Meeting at Fanning

The Carewest Lean Six Sigma Pilot Project officially started off by taking advantage of the opportunity to meet with the  Residents Council of the Fanning Centre, the largest facility in Carewest.
