This course is designed to provide a broad understanding of the Lean Six Sigma improvement methodology, concepts, and language, along with a complete toolbox of basic process improvement methods applied within the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC framework, including basic Statistical Process Control Charts.
This course is targeted at a wide audience of Lean Six Sigma team members who need familiarity with the overall process and the process improvement basic tools. With a heavy practice orientation, as much as 1/3 of your time will be spent working through interactive practice exercises and online assessments. Course duration is 180 days.
