Development

The mission of the QCA is to promote the use of Quality Tools, Methods and Thinking to Alberta-based businesses and organizations. A big part of this is providing access to training and development in Quality, especially to areas outside of Edmonton and Calgary, where access has typically been more limited.

To address this, the QCA is making increasing use of web technologies to deliver leading edge content. Training and development is now being offered in Lean, Lean Six Sigma and Project Management in both e-Learning and Blended Learning formats.

Lean and Lean Six Sigma Blended Learning

Lean and Lean Six Sigma Blended/e-Learning Program is offered in conjunction with our partners: MoreSteam University and Converge Consulting Group Inc.

The flexibility in delivery options allows the QCA to provide these leading development programs to organizations and individuals across Alberta including locations usually beyond the reach of traditional in classroom training and development. Click <here> for additional information.

Lean and Lean Six Sigma Certification

Lean and Lean Six Sigma Certification is offered to help provide an independent standard for Black, Green and Yellow Belts. This is the only independent certification program offered for Lean Six Sigma in Canada outside of the ASQ’s excellent Six Sigma Black and Green Belt Certification.
